LifeWFlo is here to burn that old syllabus down. In the last 14 weeks we discussed Sex Education, Therapy, and Pleasure Creations and how they fit into one cohesive journey. It has never just been about a “how-to”; it’s about decolonizing our bodies, embracing kink, and finding liberation in a world that often tries to stifle our joy.
Refresher of The Three Pillars of LifeWFlo:
- Sex Education – Evidence-based but edgy and digestible.
- Therapy – Tools, reflection, communication, mental health.
- Pleasure Creations – Kink, toys, and self-care integrated into lessons.
The 14 Week Summary
The Foundations (Weeks 1–5)
We kicked things off by unlearning the myths. We started with a Sex 101 that actually included BIPOC and queer perspectives, moving quickly into the world of Kink and BDSM. We did not shy away from the “taboo”—we embraced it through relatable “kink oops” stories and safety-first negotiation.
By Week 4 and 5, we dove deep into Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM) and the specific ways anti-Blackness shows up in polyamorous spaces. We centered the voices that have been pushed to the margins of the industry for decades.
Tools & Reality Checks (Weeks 6–9)
This is where the physical meet the emotional. Week 6 introduced inclusive toys and LifeWFlo creations, products, educational items, and tools designed for us.
But we also got real about why shit hits the fan like…:
- Sexual Non-Concordance: Why your body might react one way while your brain feels another.
- Mismatched Desires: Navigating libido gaps without guilt.
- The Therapy Pillar: Active listening and “Couples Therapy 101” to fix communication snafus.
- Body Connection: Addressing how trauma, dysphoria, and anxiety impact our ability to feel pleasure.
Community & Expansion (Weeks 10–14)
In these weeks I drove the point that liberation isn’t a solo sport. The wrap up is about connecting you to vetted resources and community support; clinics and podcasts that won’t judge you. Whether your engagement with pleasure learning is through advanced workshops, reading these articles, or diving deeper into our pleasure product line, my goal here is to make you think about personalized pleasure growth; And if you’re thinking about bettering your pleasure right now, know I am proud of you!
As always, Lifewflo is unapologetically pro-sex-work, pro-abortion, and pro-Palestine. I believe that sexual liberation cannot exist without collective liberation. & sometimes that liberation starts with just us two.
