Founded by Flo Oliveira (they/them) — a queer, polyam, Afro-Brasilian sex educator, therapist, and creative — LifeWFlo exists to help people unlearn shame, reclaim pleasure, and live as their most authentic, embodied selves.
This platform is more than education; it’s a movement.
Through three core pillars — Sex Education, Therapy, and Pleasure Creations — LifeWFlo offers spaces that are as revolutionary as they are real. Whether through workshops, therapy sessions, or handcrafted creations, Flo invites you to explore the edges of desire, healing, and identity with curiosity and courage.
Flo’s work blends theory, play, and embodied practice. With a background in Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies, certification in sex education, and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, Flo brings both academic depth and lived experience to every offering. Their work centers queer, trans, and polyam communities, creating environments that are unapologetically affirming, radically inclusive, and deeply human.
At its core, LifeWFlo is about liberation through pleasure — because pleasure isn’t a luxury; it’s a language of power.
